ADD TICKETS

Season Subscribers have the ability to add additional seats at the same great savings throughout the year. You also get access to exclusive Season Subscriber seats before tickets go on sale to the public. Manage your seats online or call the Season Hotline at 866.523.7469 (M–F, 9am - 5pm EST) to add seats to your account.

EXCHANGING YOUR TICKETS

Only Broadway In Boston Season Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging tickets should a conflict arise. Exchanges will be made from the best available seating.

EXCHANGES BY PHONE

The easiest way to exchange tickets is by phone up to 48 hours prior to the performance date and time of the original tickets or desired date and time, whichever comes first. Ticket exchanges by phone may be done by calling 866.523.7469 (M-F, 9am-5pm EST). Please have your tickets in hand when calling to exchange by phone as we will ask you for a set of security numbers to verify the tickets.
Please note, Season exchanges done by phone will incur a $3 per ticket convenience fee.

EXCHANGE ONLINE

You can manage your account online hassle-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you login to your Subscriber account you may print your season tickets at home, exchange tickets online, or transfer tickets for use by a friend or loved one for FREE. If you are opting to make an exchange online and print your tickets at home, please complete your exchange first and then print your season tickets. You can exchange online up to 48 hours prior to the performance date and time of the original tickets or desired date and time, whichever comes first.

Please mail the tickets you wish to exchange along with your contact information. Please also include your request for new tickets.

Please do not mail your tickets if the originally dated performance is within two weeks. You can exchange online up to 48 hours prior to the performance date and time of the original tickets or desired date and time, whichever comes first.

EXCHANGES IN PERSON

Exchange your tickets in person at our Box Office up to 48 hours prior to the performance date and time of the original tickets or desired date and time, whichever comes first. Exchanges may be made between the hours of 1pm and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. Tickets must be exchanged two business days before your regularly scheduled performance and by Friday at 5:00 pm for Sunday performances. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seat location. Your subscriber pricing, if applicable, will be honored if you exchange your tickets. However, when exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced performance or into premium seating, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Exchanges may only be made for a different performance of the same show.


Please note, for WICKED exchanges must be processed within 72 hours prior to your performance.


TICKET FORWARDING

Unable to use your tickets? Want to send them to a friend or family member? Ticket Forwarding is a virtual Will Call that allows you to offer your Season tickets for an event to another individual via email. The recipient of the offer will receive an email notification, which can be accepted or declined. If accepted, the tickets will be delivered via TicketFast® and can be printed at home to attend the event. Service fees may apply. Located on the back of your Subscriber Discount Card is a QR Code, which will give you a $5 discount off of your parking at the Lafayette Garage, located below the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 1 Avenue de Lafayette. Simply scan the QR code after inserting your parking ticket at one of the garage kiosks or with the lobby cashier and $5 will be deducted from your total parking.*

THEATRE POLICIES

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time out of courtesy for the performers and fellow audience members. We recommend arriving 40 minutes prior to curtain to allow plenty of time to park and get seated. Doors will open a half hour prior to the show time listed on your ticket. Arriving late may result in seating holds or alternate seating within the theatre. Admission or re-admission of latecomers is ultimately subject to the producers’ discretion and guidelines for each individual show.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.

ACCESSIBLE SERVICES

Broadway In Boston supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and strives to make your theatre experience as enjoyable and accessible as possible. In addition to wheelchair accessible seating locations, Broadway In Boston provides services for the visually-impaired and hearing-impaired with American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted, Audio Described and Open Captioned performances.

LOST TICKETS

Should you lose or misplace your tickets, they can be reprinted for free. Call the Subscriber Hotline at 866.523.7469 (M–F, 9am-5pm EST) prior to your arrival at the theatre and we will arrange to have your tickets waiting for you at Will Call. If it is the weekend of your performance and you cannot locate your tickets, please call the theatre directly: Boston Opera House (617.259.3400). Please note that lost tickets cannot be exchanged. For the security of your account, lost or stolen reprints will not be mailed or emailed. They will be held at Will Call for pick up an hour before your scheduled performance. Proper ID is required.

REFUNDS

Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued. Pending show approval, we will attempt to accommodate you with seats to another performance of the same show. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

TERMS

These tickets are purchased under Broadway In Boston Season ticket privileges and are subject to terms and conditions of that relationship. We do not support the reselling of these tickets beyond face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway In Boston. Doing so will constitute a breach of this Season ticket privilege and the account holder will be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats. Due to the nature of live entertainment dates, times, artists, venues and prices are subject to change without notice.
