Jeremy Jordan made his Broadway debut in the metal musical Rock of Ages before switching gears entirely to the star-crossed romantic lead Tony in West Side Story. His first original leading role was as the title outlaw in Frank Wildhorn’s short-lived Broadway musical Bonnie & Clyde. Jordan returned to Broadway that season as head newsboy Jack Kelly in Disney’s new musical Newsies. He made his film debut alongside Dolly Parton in Joyful Noise.
