2018/2019 Lexus Broadway In Boston Season


Season Subscribers have the ability to add additional seats at the same great savings throughout the year. You also get access to exclusive Season Subscriber seats before tickets go on sale to the public. Manage your seats online or call the Season Hotline at 866.523.7469 (M–F, 9am - 5pm EST) to add seats to your account. Please note: There is an 8 ticket limit per show, per household and there is a $10 service fee per additional ticket.


Only Broadway In Boston Season Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging tickets should a conflict arise. Exchanges will be made from the best available seating.


Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. Tickets must be exchanged two business days before your regularly scheduled performance and by Friday at 5:00 pm for Sunday performances. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seat location. Your subscriber pricing, if applicable, will be honored if you exchange your tickets. However, when exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced performance or into premium seating, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Exchanges may only be made for a different performance of the same show.


Ticket exchanges by phone may be done by calling 866.523.7469 (M-F, 9am-5pm EST). Please have your tickets in hand when calling to exchange by phone as we will ask you for a set of security numbers to verify the tickets.


The easiest way to exchange tickets is online. Visit to exchange your current seats. Once you’ve selected the tickets you’d like to exchange, select the EXCHANGE button (under the ellipsis in the upper right on desktop, lower right on mobile) and complete your transaction.


As part of the Broadway Across America network, you can exchange your season tickets to the same show in another city within the network. (For a list of cities, please visit When using your network benefits to exchange tickets into another city, the ticket exchange must be requested no later than two weeks prior to the performance in your home market. Requests after that point cannot be guaranteed.


Unable to use your tickets? Want to send them to a friend or family member? Ticket Forwarding allows you to offer your season tickets to another individual. The recipient of the offer will receive an email notification, which can be accepted or declined. If accepted, the tickets will be delivered to their Account Manager (if they do not already have an account, they will be prompted to create one). To begin forwarding your tickets today, visit, select the seats you wish to forward and select the SEND button (in the upper right on desktop, lower left on mobile).


Is your Adobe Flash Player up to date? It must be updated to see the interactive seating map to choose your own seats.


Many features in your online subscriber account like the interactive seating map depend heavily on Adobe Flash Player, and we have learned the most common fix to issue of the seating map not loading is to install, update or enable Adobe Flash Player. Keep in mind that most mobile devices and tablets are not compatible with Flash and you will need to use a desktop/laptop computer when exchanging tickets, upgrading your seats or to purchase additional seats using the interactive seating map. Additionally, we suggest clearing your web browser’s cache and cookies on a regular basis.

Please arrive on time out of courtesy for the performers and fellow audience members. We recommend arriving 40 minutes prior to curtain to allow plenty of time to park and get seated. Doors will open a half hour prior to the show time listed on your ticket. Arriving late may result in seating holds or alternate seating within the theatre. Admission or re-admission of latecomers is ultimately subject to the producers’ discretion and guidelines for each individual show.


A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.


Broadway In Boston supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and strives to make your theatre experience as enjoyable and accessible as possible. In addition to wheelchair accessible seating locations, Broadway In Boston provides services for the visually-impaired and hearing-impaired with American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted, Audio Described and Open Captioned performances.

Should you lose or misplace your tickets, they can be reprinted for free. Call the Subscriber Hotline at 866.523.7469 (M–F, 9am-5pm EST) prior to your arrival at the theatre and we will arrange to have your tickets waiting for you at Will Call. If it is the weekend of your performance and you cannot locate your tickets, please call the theatre directly: Boston Opera House (617.259.3400). Please note that lost tickets cannot be exchanged. For the security of your account, lost or stolen reprints will not be mailed or emailed. They will be held at Will Call for pick up an hour before your scheduled performance. Proper ID is required.


Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued. Pending show approval, we will attempt to accommodate you with seats to another performance of the same show. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
