Credits

The Band’s Visit

Credit will be issued only when you click on the “CREDIT MY BROADWAY ACCOUNT” button in the email you received or automatically if you do not respond by the April 9, 2020 5:00pm ET deadline referred to in the email you received. Credits will be applied to all applicable accounts on or about April 10, 2020. Credit value will be inclusive of the face value of your tickets and any per ticket or per order service, handling, and/or processing charges on subscription additional, eCLUB tickets, group sales tickets. Credit is not redeemable for cash, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of tickets for Broadway in Boston performances (including season subscriptions, additional subscription tickets, eCLUB tickets, group sales tickets, seat upgrades and exchanges). Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Credit is non-transferable and can only be used for orders associated with your account. To obtain the balance of your Credit, please call 1.866.523.7469 (Season Subscribers) or 1.877.880.9572 (Non-Subscribers), or log in to your account at https://boston.broadway.com/myaccount/. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. Credit expires 7 years from the date of issuance. Donations

The Band’s Visit, Jersey Boys, Chicago, Summer: The Donna Summer Musical, Les Miserables, Anastasia

The Marilyn Rodman Theatre for Kids Program is part of Rodman Ride for Kids, Inc. a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Your donation will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Rodman Ride for Kids, Inc. will send you a tax receipt by January 31, 2021. Please contact Rodman Ride for Kids, Inc. directly should you have any questions regarding your receipt. Selecting the “DONATE THE VALUE OF MY TICKETS” option instead of receiving a refund for cancelled performances constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once you have made this selection and the donation is applied, that refund is deemed to have been paid to and received by you.

Refunds

The Band’s Visit

If you elect to receive a refund, our team will refund the face value of your tickets to your original method of payment. Your refund will not include any per ticket or per order service, handling and/or processing charges paid on subscription additional, group sales tickets. Refunds will be processed on or about April 15, 2020. Your refund should post to your account within 30 business days. Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through Broadway In Boston. Broadway In Boston is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.

Jersey Boys & Chicago

If you elect to receive a refund, our team will refund the face value of your tickets to your original method of payment. Your refund will not include any per ticket or per order service, handling and/or processing charges paid on subscription additional, group sales tickets. Refunds for Jersey Boys will be processed on or about April 22, 2020. Refunds for Chicago will be processed on or about May 7, 2020. Your refund should post to your account within 30 business days. Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through Broadway In Boston. Broadway In Boston is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.

If you elect to receive a refund, our team will refund the face value of your tickets to your original method of payment. The value you paid towards your Les Misérables and Anastasia tickets will be automatically refunded to you and applied as a credit to your Broadway Season Ticket Holder Account towards the total remaining balance of your payment plan for the 2020/2021 Season. Credit expires 7 years from the date of issuance. If you wish to instead receive a refund to your original method of purchase please contact us at 866.523.7469.
