TERMS & CONDITIONS: Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to Broadway Across America^® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Broadway In Boston offer details on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances. Updates will be sent to ticketholders prior to each event or posted here. All ticket holders are required to comply.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season. More information to follow via email prior to the 2025/2026 season announcement. Please make sure the email address on file is up to date.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2024/2025 Season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 pm on April 25, 2024 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by April 25, 2024 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.

FLEXIBILITY: Ticket exchanges and seating upgrades are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5 business days following the end of your change window. Some restrictions may apply.

PRIORITY ACCESS: Season Options are not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required, and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase.

PRICING: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $50 in handling fees, and $35 in facility fees for a 7-Show Package, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premium Level subscription fee. Premium subscriptions (Citizens Opera House: Orchestra Center Rows AA – J, Seats 101-114; Orchestra Left Center/Right Center, Rows AA – DD, Seats 1-9/2-10 & Rows A – J, Seats 1 – 11/2-12) include a $125 fee for each seat purchased. Premium Level subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to the subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits for Premium Level subscribers include access to the Citizens Opera House VIP Lounge and complimentary soft drinks.

ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway In Boston shows directly through Broadway Across America. Account credit may have an expiration date. If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into equal installments.
